Ultraseal 1190 meets MTO SP 112S07 (Formerly OPSS 1212) Southern District requirements for asphalt and concrete and is listed as a designated source material for MTO uses (DSM #3.05.40 and #3.20.45)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAPPLICATION:\u003c\/strong\u003e Material is heated in a double-jacketed oil bath Melter, equipped with a mechanically operated agitator. Minimum application temperature is 193 °C (380 °F). Installation can be by gravity pouring cone or by pumping. Installation should be done only when weather conditions are dry and pavement temperature exceeds 40 °F (5 °C). Sealant must be applied to a clean dry surface.
