Ordering & Payments
We handle payment at pickup or delivery. Our online store functions as an order request system—you browse, select items, and submit your order. Payment is collected when you pick up in-store or after delivery arrangements are confirmed by phone. This approach gives you flexibility and ensures accuracy for your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Interac debit. Credit card purchases include a 2.3% processing fee, so debit or electronic fund transfer offers better value.

Yes, we offer delivery. After you've added items to your cart, select "delivery" when placing your order request. One of our sales representatives will contact you to discuss delivery options and costs for your location. You'll have the opportunity to review the details before confirming your shipment.
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us directly. If delivery is requested, it cannot be canceled.
Products & Materials
Yes. We stock only contractor-grade products that meet or exceed ASTM specifications. Our sealers, crack fillers, and pavement materials are the same products used by professional paving crews across the region.
Most sealcoating products have a shelf life of 12–18 months when stored properly in a climate-controlled environment between 40°F and 90°F. Always check the product label for specific storage guidelines.
Yes. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product spec sheets are often listed on the product detail page, and are also available upon request. Contact us and we will send the documentation for any product in our catalog.
Equipment Rentals
We currently offer rentals on crack routers, sealcoat sprayers, hot pour melters, line stripers and more. Hourly, daily and weekly rates are available for each piece of equipment.

Yes, equipment delivery to your job site is available for an additional fee. Please mention your delivery needs in the rental inquiry form and we will include a delivery quote.
Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. We recommend inspecting equipment upon pickup and noting any existing issues. A damage deposit or a credit card pre-authorization may be required at time of rental.
