E.L.A.™ is a proprietary blend of special latex polymers specifically designed to enhance the performance characteristics of refined tar emulsion pavement sealers. It increases toughness and flexibility, reducing scuffing and power steering marks. E.L.A.™ efficiently thickens sealer, providing reliable aggregate suspension in all types of equipment. E.L.A.™ promotes a stronger bond of sealer to the asphalt surface and to suspended aggregate in the cured film, reducing roll out after opening to traffic.
